ATL recently participated in the Butler University Career Fair Recruiter Breakfast. This was an informational event for employers to learn about Butler University and ways to engage and connect with students and alumni on and off campus. ATL’s participation in these types of events helps provide guidance on best practices for on-campus recruiting.
“Our goal is to attract potential candidates who are a good fit for our culture”, said Amy Gellen, Director of Talent Acquisition. “It’s important for us to understand and be aware of various campus programs prior to engaging with students who are seeking employment in our industry”.
Career fairs and campus events are excellent opportunities for ATL to meet, inform and interview students as we continue to grow recruiting partnerships throughout the Midwest.
